By accessing or using SwiftAgent (the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

SwiftAgent provides AI-powered automation tools for businesses, including conversational agents for booking and customer support. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue the Service at any time.

3. User Accounts

  • You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account.
  • You are responsible for safeguarding your password and for all activities under your account.
  • You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service to:

  • Violate any applicable laws or regulations.
  • Send spam or unsolicited messages.
  • Impersonate others or provide false information.
  • Upload malicious code or interfere with the Service's integrity.

5. Subscriptions & Payments

  • Billing: Fees for paid plans ("Pro", "Enterprise") are billed in advance on a monthly basis.
  • Cancellation: You may cancel your subscription at any time. Features will remain accessible until the end of the billing period.
  • Refunds: Payments are non-refundable unless required by law.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, SwiftAgent shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of your use of the Service. The AI agents may occasionally produce incorrect information; you are responsible for verifying critical outputs.

7. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Sweden, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
